CLOSED: Happy Birthday Giveaway: Kerfluffles Marshmallows

If you know me at all, then you know that I'm a sucker for cake batter flavored anything (hello— I used to work at a cupcakery!). So when I won a competition at work and got to pick one of the January flavors of the month— it was a pretty big no brainer what to choose. Not only is this my favorite flavor, but January is my birthday month, too. So without further ado, let me introduce you to my very own brain child— the Birthday Cake marshmallow!
Since this is my birthday week and I spend so much time gushing about how great my job is (+ how delicious these little cubes of fluff are), I thought it would be fun to give one of you lucky readers a chance to win some handmade marshmallows from Kerfluffles! I think it's only fair, since I torture you with all these delicious pictures of sugar so regularly!
So, what's up for grabs?
Three dozen all-natural Kerfluffles marshmallows made by yours truly! If you win, you will receive one dozen Birthday Cake marshmallows and two more dozen in the flavors of your choice. (Unfortunately, I'm not able to ship to South America at this time, but anywhere else should be fine.)

  4. YAY! I've actually never had marshmallows other than store bought. Bet they would blow my mind. :)
    I would love to try the lemon meringue and the vanilla chai. YUM! You could do a raspberry swirl for valentines day, or maybe an herby one?

  6. I would choose the double dutch chocolate and the vanilla chai. or just some more of the birthday cake ones because those sound delicious.

    And I think amaretto or pistachio would be really cool to see in the future.

    I'd choose Vanilla Chai, I think, that sounds divine. Do you think it would be possible to make caramel popcorn marshmallows? I'd eat them! :o)

    1. thanks, annika! the vanilla chai is definitely one of the best. i love to make a cup of black tea and just drop one in there— so good! and caramel popcorn sounds amazing! we have a caramel marshmallow approved so perhaps this little guy could become a reality someday!

  14. Can I enter this!? I want the flavors of the month - Vanilla Chai, Peppermint Swirl, and duhhh Birthday Cake. I already suggested Peppermint Swirl (or, well, peppermint) in my head before, but my next suggestion would be just a straight-up coffee flavor. Ooh, or something reminiscent of kool-aid/Hawaiian punch - although I guess that would be more of a summer flava ;)

    Now I can't stop thinking about marshmallows and that is a good thing.

  18. Love this!!! If I won, I would choose Birthday Cake, Vanilla Chai, and Vanilla Bean. I know my boyfriend would enjoy those in his coffee too! We both moved to the Nashville area in the last year, and I would love to try some Kerfluffles!

    1. kayla— i feel your pain! we have a handful of recipes we're working on that are almost ready to go into the testing mode— i'm really excited to get some animal friendly versions out into the world. i'm gonna put you on my list of friends to keep updated on the vegan ones!

  22. Happy birthday! Mmm, these all look so scrumptious, it's difficult to choose. If I won, I think I'd go for the Mayan Chocolate, Vanilla Chai, and Orange Dreamsicle. And if I could dream up any flavor, I'd choose something a little salty... maybe salty toffee, or salty caramel?
