I spent this past weekend with some amazing local Nashville bloggers as we celebrated the birthday of Miss Lauren, author of Old Red Boots. Look how cute she is above! Me, Lauren, Kaelah, Elle, Jen, Jill, and Lisa played board games, ate pizza, and drank ourselves silly (which resulted in a gab-fest that lasted until 4 am!) — it was quite the occasion. I baked Lauren a cake fit for any cat lover and I think I was the crowned the loser of Cards Against Humanity (no, really— you guys can't even imagine how terrible I was at this game!). It was a pretty perfect night and I'm fairly certain we are all bonded for life now. I think it's every bloggers not-so-secret dream to spend the night in their pajamas with their favorite internet friends — I'm pretty excited we all made it a reality! Cheers to you, Lauren, thanks for letting me be a part of your beautiful life!
